TOW TRUCK DRIVERS – FULL TIME/PART TIME /CASUAL ( Geraldton Towing Services )

Due to an increase in workload, we are seeking additional Operators and Tow Truck Drivers for both light and heavy vehicles to join our busy team.
Geraldton Towing is a well established locally owned and operated family business since 2000. We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of customer service to our community, quality expertise and ability in the towing industry; we respect everyone that we interact with and deliver a high safety rating for all work carried out.
We specialise in recovery & transportation of heavy vehicles, cars of all makes & models, servicing insurance companies and police requests throughout the Midwest region.
Applicants should consider the below before applying:
- Be based in Geraldton or surrounding areas, located 30min max from head office
- Hours are varied due to the 24/7 nature of the business
- Be available to be flexible in their working hours
- Work full time, plus after hour call-outs throughout the night, weekends and public holidays on a flexible roster system
- Be available for 2 rostered weekends per month which is for 24 hrs a day.
- Weekday hours may range from 8hrs – 15hrs when on call
This is a demanding environment and requires the applicant to be able to adapt to various scenarios in a confident manner and demonstrate leadership skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have experience driving road trains and proven history working with heavy vehicles
- Minimum licence requirement MC.
- Have sound mechanical knowledge of heavy diesel
- Be able to pass a police integrity check
- Be fit for work and able to pass a medical, drug & alcohol test
- Be able to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Have respectful communication skills
- Be computer literate to use the towing operating system
- Have time management skills
- Be able to complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner
