Jackson Agencies is on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Officer to join our busy operations team on the Sunshine Coast.
This hands-on role is essential to keeping our warehouse running smoothly — you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and dispatching a wide range of products that keep schools, businesses and industries safe, clean and running efficiently.

Your Role Will Include:
Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
Receiving incoming goods and checking for accuracy and quality
Organising stock and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
Supporting other team members and contributing to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics role (preferred)
Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
Comfortable using inventory and dispatch systems (training provided)
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Commitment to safety, reliability and delivering quality service
