Worked As Operations Manager at moreton hire from October 2011 to December 2019
Functioning as the Operational leader within the Southern territory of Australia (Vic, SA, TAS) – charged with governing a high-performing team, consisting of 6 direct reports, delivering multiple large-scale projects across
a wide range of industries.

Responsible for an efficient return on annual revenue projections ($10m+) and actively pursuing opportunities
contributing to financial year objectives, in line with commercial strategies.

This role covers all facets of operational delivery, through the following mechanisms:

• Identifying, developing & leading skilled Project Management teams
• Creating & curating optimum delivery pathways, specific to each project
• Implementing organisational specific, reverse logistic strategies
• Managing a wide-ranging supply chain network
• Procuring emerging stock lines & suppler agreements
• Fostering competition within the operational supply chain to add growth to forecasted GP% trends
• Identifying new stock trends & developing strategies to direct capital expenditure
• Influencing sales & marketing strategies, in line with future pipeline of work
• Drive & maintain high-level standards across the wider business, in line with national expectations
• Strategically manage revenue generation endeavours, including the development of forecasts, divisional
pipeline strategies and monthly chairman reports.

supply-chain relationships.
