I am a passionate, ambitious and creative person. My career has seen me involved in a wide variety of industries including events, transport, construction and film, however, I believe my underlining passion rests in the creative industries such as film and start-ups.

As i am currently working on a start-up i am very flexible with time. I am available for both shift or standard hours. I have a late model car as well as a motorbike so travel is no problems.

I am physically fit and enjoy surfing, swimming, running and exercising. My hobbies include surfing, film making, technology, swimming, snowboarding and travelling.

I am trade qualified in mechanics. I have many high risk work licences obtained through working in construction. I have a HC truck licence, motorcycle licence and SCUBA. I have completed courses in Film and Video production, project management and product management.

Worked As Founder/Director at Own Start up business from April 2016 to January 2017
Responsibilities
Currently working on my own start up providing an online recruitment marketplace for blue-collar workers. This
business model proceeds my first app build (ilabourhire) with a more streamlined and easy to use UI/UX and further
value added for both job seekers and employers. App is currently in development offshore with an approximate launch
date of late October.

Worked As Team Leader Crane Operations and Rigging at Reds Global Tower Cranes from November 2008 to April 2016
Responsibilities:
Reds Global is the leading tower crane company in Australia. I held a positions as Team Leader for onsite tower crane
operations and rigging as well as short term roles as Safety Manager and Operations Manager.

• Leading onsite crews in the operation of tower cranes on commercial and residential high rise buildings.
• Building strong cohesive working relationships with Project Managers, Site managers and supervisors.
• As Operations Manager, managed and coordinated all crane logistics and operations including recruitment and overseeing the strict safety OHS, crane servicing and personnel requirements.
• Ensure work is completed within WH&S guidelines and regulations, coordinate with project and site managers to ensure targets reached.

Worked As Writer/Director at Film Making from January 2011 to January 2012
I wrote, directed and produced my first short film which was presented to the international film festival
circuit (including Tropfest). This included organising production logistics, I am currently in the draft process of my second
short film.

In 2016, I wrote, directed and starred in a short TVC for social media, to gain interest in a recent start-up Recruit 2020.

Currently working in pre-production for a new short comedy film intended for Tropfest.

Worked As HC Semi Driver/ Coordinator – NRMA Mobile Member Centre at nrma motoring and services from February 2005 to October 2008
The NRMA Mobile Member Centre (MMC) is a high profile multi-million dollar heavy articulated concept vehicle,
launched to increase the community focus on road safety and general motoring issues and sell NRMA services. The
MMC travelled throughout NSW and ACT supplying Members, as well as the wider community, with road safety
education and information.

Responsibilities:
I was involved in the development and implementation of the MMC, this role was split between Marketing, PR and Sales and involved promoting and attending 50 to 60 community events and locations across regional NSW per year.

• Joined the business when the project commenced, worked with internal stakeholders across different
departments such as safer driving, repair, roadside service and alternative fuels to equip the centre with interactive information and brochures. Ongoing development of information to ensure relevance.
• PR and marketing of the Centre, completion of numerous radio and print interviews in rural NSW. Confident
with live radio interviews on site and in studio; media grabs (pre-recorded interviews), and print interviews with local newspapers and national magazines.
• Attending events and selling NRMA products, ability to close sales and provide potential members with the best
possible product for their needs so as to maximise total customer satisfaction. This required an understanding of both the NRMA product line and the NRMA customer.
• Public speaking to audiences of up to 1000 VIP members, delivering presentations about NRMA Motoring & Services community updates which included PowerPoint presentations, and Q&A time.
• Promotion of NRMA values to customers at events, providing technical/mechanical advice to customers. This
required a firm understanding about current issues such as alternative fuels, petrol pricing and safer driving
programs and lobbying local Government to support the community to enhance road safety in regional areas.
• Operation of Volvo FH12 and FH16 semi-trailers throughout Australia.
• Stakeholder Management and Customer Services, building relationships with stakeholders including NRMA
Members and the community, RTA, Police, Local Councils, Volvo trucks, Subaru, and numerous manufacturing
industries. Communicating with people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and NRMA team members.
• Completion of advanced media training course with the Media Training Professionals in 2006.

Worked As Sales Rep/HR Driver at Neverfail Springwater Company from July 2001 to May 2003
Never fail Springwater provides businesses and homes with coolers and bottled spring water from protected aquifers.
My responsibilities in this role involved, HR truck driving, door to door sales, account management and customer
service.

Worked As Ski and Snowboard Technician at BP Ski Hire from June 1998 to October 2000
The BP Ski Hire in Jindabyne is a one stop hire and retail shop for snow-goers. The BP ski hire provides hire of ski’s,
snowboards and clothing. Incorporated, is state of the art tuning and repair equipment.

This position was predominately a sales role, helping snow holiday makers enjoy their time on the snow by providing ski and snowboard equipment and clothing.
