Extensive experience in supervisory and management roles, mine site and house cleaning, customer relations, waitressing, bar, hospitality and functions. Most recently I have developed my skills and gained valuable industry experience with TNT Express, I have enjoyed building my knowledge, abilities and qualifications. I thrive on new challenges and am excited to further develop experience in my career, I am always keen and willing to learn new things. Worked As Driver / Dockhand at TNT express from November 2016 to till now
• Split role with AM Operations and PUD, utilizing my abilities to work within a team and also requiring good self-management of time while working unsupervised; general warehouse duties, including carrying out safe, careful and timely processing of important shipments to achieve company targets.
• Dockhand AM Operations (4.00am start) includes clearing multiple shoots, sorting freight into allocated areas and ensuring freight is processed in accordance with company requirements; lifting freight up to 50kg with assistance and 30kg unassisted, duties require good health, strength and stamina.
• PUD role requires precise scanning freight for TNT’s track and trace system; timely loading/unloading and sorting of materials; consistently complete safe and secure deliveries and pickups from warehouses, retail outlets, offices and private addresses; developing and maintaining good relations with customers using professional communication skills and distinct friendly customer service.
