I’ve been in transport nearly over 5 years. I like driving and working in fast environment. Busy is good. Time goes quicker. Not scared of getting my hands or clothes dirty. Done containers, Pallets, Plasstic Pipes, Steel, IBC, Coil, Oversize loads, Everthing nearly. Hardly ever been late for work. ON Time Every Time. Pretty good in English ( I think). Get along with just about everyone.
Got current DG, MC licence. I did had MSIC and Forklift licence but never needed them. Can renew them again if need be. Done mostly HC work around town and interstate. MC work has been mainly in yard and around the block bringing B-Doubles in getting them loaded, weighed and parked on road for linehaul pickups. Nearly 2 years of Swinglifter experience. Using both Hammer and Steelboro. Haven’t used O’Phee yet.
Previously driven Milk and water HC tanker Local and interstate. Used to work in pubs before I got in transport.
Working full time at the moment Mon- Fri. Need extra cash so anything is a go

Experience :
Worked As HC/MC TRUCK DRIVER at P Logistics Pty Ltd from May 2018 to till now
HC Sideloader Driver. Experience in Hammer and Steelboro. Tug work in depot. MC change overs. Oversized loads. Local and Interstate experience. DG Licence.

Worked As OWNER DRIVER at (Owens Transport) from June 2017 to June 2018
Pick up containers from yard or port. Then take them to customers around Brisbane for live unloading and sometimes to be dropped of by sideloader( Swinglift). Did some refrigerator work as well. After 6 months I put my hand up for sideloader work. That involved me taking containers from yard, port and sometimes pick up from skell trailers to be dropped of at customers site to their liking.

Reason for leaving: I couldn’t get enough hours. I needed more.

Worked As Truck driver, sales and deliveries at BARAMBAH ORGANICS from March 2013 to May 2017
I started with driving MR refrigerated truck to do local milk and yoghurt deliveries around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Towoomba. Then when I upgraded my licence to MC I started going to farm near Goondiwindi to bring milk from farm to factory in Darra in HC tanker. And occasionally drive his Road Ranger Westernstar in Goondiwindi to do farm work ( move cattle and tipper trailer). Then I did some sales work in and out of the office. And then I got bored so I left and bought my own truck and started working at Owens. In the mean time I did got job at Qube at port of Brisbane but I decided to go with Owens.
