I have spent the last 2+ years working in the transport industry and I am passionate about driving. I have my HC license and condition B removal (Road-ranger gearbox restriction). I have recently obtained my TLIF005 certificate (Apply Fatigue Risk Management System). If necessary I am happy to obtain my white card.
I have over 25 years experience working within the in-home sales industry and as you will see from my attached resume, have worn many hats over the years, including an Investment Property Advisor, Domestic Solar Advisor, Design Consultant, Area Manager and Financial Consultant to name a few. Due to a medical issue that left me unable to comfortably talk for long periods of time I have had to change careers.
No matter where I’ve been, I’ve achieved top-notch results because I’m dedicated to making sure I promote the company I work for in the most professional way possible.

Experience :
Worked As Truck Driver at BIKES ONLY TRANSPORT from February 2019 to November 2019
I was responsible for picking up and delivering new and used motorcycles to various clients and dealerships throughout NSW. My daily duties included setting up my run and calling clients with delivery/pickup times, picking up and delivering motorcycles, truck maintenance, driver fatigue management, security of the depot, bikes and my truck. Apart from another driver, I was working completely unsupervised in the office, as Sydney is unmanned.

Worked As Truck Driver & Merchandiser at Golden gates nursery from September 2017 to February 2019
Transporting live plants to various locations throughout NSW and the ACT.
Golden Gates main client was Bunnings where I was required to work with Bunnings staff to deliver and merchandise the plants onto their nursery benches for display and sale.

Worked As Investment Property Advisor at ELITE WEALTH CREATORS from January 2014 to August 2017
Analyzing clients financial situations in their homes to determine if they can consolidate their debts into a new mortgage and purchase a new investment property. Part of my responsibility was to guide my client through land purchase and the entire build process to handover, appointment of a managing agent and future financial management. Ultimately the goal was to reduce the term of their mortgage to under 10 years whilst building a portfolio of positively geared investment properties for them. During my time here I had an average closing rate of 1:4.

Worked As Advertising Manager at Modern Roof Restorations from January 2011 to August 2017
Sell roof restoration, re-roofing guttering and roller shutters using the display home concept on a commission basis, and training new sales consultants. I was contacted by the new Sales Manager in April 2011 with an offer to rejoin Moderns in the same capacity as my previous employment with them. During my total time with Moderns I averaged a closing rate of 1:2 to 1:2.75.

Worked As Financial Consultant at CENTENNIAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES from January 2010 to January 2011
Collect financial information and documents from clients in their homes to assess their financial status for the purchase of investment property. Conduct discussions with clients to make them more aware of their real financial situation, essentially warming them up for when they came into the office for a second appointment with a Financial Advisor.

Worked As Domestic Solar Advisor at MARKET ALLIES from January 2010 to December 2010
Provide homeowners with free energy assessments of their homes, advice on power saving strategies, and domestic solar power generation systems with a view to selling them a solar Photovoltaic system.
