I have attached my resume for your perusal, and as you can see, I have spent the last 4.5 years climbing the ranks within the Oil & Gas industry in my current role with Easternwell/Ventia. Through sheer determination and dedication, I progressed from water cartage to Driller within that short time. My role involves not only the day to day operations and maintenance to manage well control, but most importantly the focus on safety, mentorship and leadership of my crew, a role I assume with upmost importance.
My previous roles have all been within the Heavy Equipment and Mining Industry, so I have an extensive understanding of machinery, operations, safety, targets, collaboration and teamwork. I strongly believe teamwork is the key to a successful project, with open communication and support being paramount.

Experience :
Worked As Driller at Easternwell from January 2017 to till now
01 JAN 2017 – CURRENT
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of circulating systems to manage well control. Working with paramount focus on safety and safe work practices. Leadership and mentoring of crew.

• Maintenance, repairs and operation of all mechanical equipment including air compressors, booster packs, mud systems and pumps as well as the derrick.
• Tripping operations and running of downhole tools.
• Accurate daily reporting of operations including viscosity, weights, pressures and chemical amounts.
• Ensure the effective transfer of the Rig hardline package throughout the operational process.
• Assist with the rig up and down process specifically related to rig layout and guy line placement.
• All required SOPS, health and safety paperwork and requirements completed daily.
• Primary focus on safety, both personal and that of crew and well site.

Worked As HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR at MILBRAE from March 2012 to January 2017
Extensive background in mining and quarrying operations, specializing in fixed and mobile crushing plant operations and maintenance. Operating multiple heavy machines as detailed on the next page to the highest safety standards.

• Haulage of commodities including grain and ore using triple road train side tippers and end tippers on rural and gazette roads all over Australia.
