I am part of a small team responsible for the delivery of training to the Australian Defence Force Land 121 3B Project and Rheinmetall Defence Australia (RDA). The role provides theoretical and practical delivery of learning material to defence personnel in addition to undertaking lesson planning and assessments. From time to time, there will be other tasks allocated which are within the qualified driver trainers skill set that do not relate to training. The position requires strict adherence to Defence protocols as well as maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
