Supervisor and Driver, NTSS
This role reports into the Fleet Manager and Allocator. NTSS is a Transport company who manage large scale security based projects for both private contractors and The Commonwealth conducting classified transport projects. Approximately 25 employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Liaising with clients to organise delivery schedule
• Managing all paperwork is filled out correctly and security protocols are followed
• Responsible for drivers following schedules and directions
• Correct loading and restraint of items being transported
• Forklift driving
• Vehicle inspection and maintenance
• Supporting new team members and peers in the completion of tasks, cross skilling in techniques and meeting deadlines

Worked As Company Driver and LOD (Lorry Owner Driver) at Boral Concrete from September 2007 to June 2017
Primarily responsible for the safe delivery of premixed concrete to sites throughout the Sydney Metro region.
Key Responsibilities
– Slumping concrete to get it to correct tolerance for delivery (adding certain amounts water taking into consideration chemicals in mix that effect how much water needs to go in to get desired slump)
– Interpreting paperwork and knowing and learning new mix designs.
– Safe delivery of product while adhering to all traffic laws.
– Knowledge of Traffic Management Plans for various sites and adhering to them.
– Following all OHS protocols and reporting any hazards that could endanger others.
– Working with customers to achieve resolution when they have overestimated the accessibility of our trucks to certain sites.
