My name is Glenn I have always worked in the transport industry which is a passion of mine and believe I’ll always be working in the transport industry. I started out leaving school in securing a job as a labourer and eventually working my way through my licenses, driving history and eventually into the office. I have always wanted to work for myself or become an owner driver and work for myself. Management of Operational services into and out of Brisbane. Key performance criteria involving supervision of all operational staff, staff performance and quality, vehicles and uplifting and delivering of freight locally and abroad. Critical success factor is qualifying and understanding individual client’s schedules and matching these with available operational resources.
