Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.

It doesn’t matter if I’ve been delivering goods, transporting passengers, instructing trainees, or managing the operations of a small business, I’ve always known that customer service is the most important thing.

It’s always been my aim to achieve the best outcomes given all considerations of any particular situation.

Effective communication is key, and any problem can be sorted out if everyone is open and honest, and genuinely want to get the best result. It’s wise to under promise and over deliver, rather than to not meet the expectations you’ve created within the customer. It’s the difference between being seen as a hero or a zero. A customer who feels burned is almost always impossible to get back, and they take a lot of potential customers with them. Most people are reasonable when they know you’re being honest, and they know that IT happens sometimes and appreciate not being lied to.

Worked As Coach Driver/Guide at Buchan, Phillip Island, Melbourne, Cape Otway and
Carrying international backpackers out of Sydney for a 10 day extensive tour through Canberra in the ACT; Buchan, Phillip Island, Melbourne, Cape Otway and the Grampians in Victoria; Penola,
Adelaide, Blinman, and Coober Pedy in South Australia; and finishing in Alice Springs in the Northern
Territory.
After a few rest days in Alice Springs, following the same route in reverse order back to Sydney.
Organising accommodation and meals for passengers each day, delivering self-researched
commentary, and organising day and night time activities in association with different local service
providers. Delivering a very high standard of customer service in order to provide the most
memorable and enjoyable experience for my passengers, who I considered my fellow travellers in a
journey across a sometimes awesome and beautiful land.

Worked As Army Driver Trainer at Wodonga tafe from February 2018 to June 2020
Instruct Army trainees how to operate 4×4, 6×6, and 8×8 light, medium and heavy rigid vehicles on highways, in city areas, and across difficult terrain. Deliver theory and practical lessons to groups.

Worked As HR Coach Driver/Visitor Host at Skybus from January 2016 to December 2017
Operate a variety of coaches, (heavy rigid, articulated and double deckers) between Melbourne
Airport
and Southern Cross Station, and Melbourne Airport and St Kilda. Perform visitor host duties at the
pick up locations on the concourse at all Melbourne Airport terminals, dealing with enquires from the public and passengers, managing safe movement of passengers, organising logistics of coach
movements, scanning tickets, and maintaining a safe space.

Operating mobile document shredder service across wider Melbourne area: driving the shredding
truck to customer locations, dealing with customer representatives from all organisational levels, and physically carrying out the destruction of sensitive material onsite.
