My name is Joe . I currently work for Carrabbas Transport as an HC Driver, although I do unload and load my own truck most time. I collect freight from Melbourne Airport and deliver it to Distribution and Logistics companies.
Since the Corona-virus crisis my hours have been cut considerably.. I have spoken to my ger at work and we have agreed that I can avail myself for other driving work elsewhere to obtain more hours.
I normally work a standard 6 days a week roster from Sunday to Friday, roughly doing 60 hrs per week. Unfortunately at present I am now required to work a 3 day on, 3 day off roster. I am not sure whether this roster will still be sustainable in the coming weeks.
Ideally i would like to fill in those days that i’m not working, however my options remain open should a full roster be offered to me. In conclusion I will consider any employment offer at this time and be grateful for the potential opportunity.

Worked As Truck Driver, Forklift Driver at Carrabbas Transport from April 2019 to till now
• Collecting and delivering freight to and from Melbourne Airport
• Forklift duties loading/unloading freight
Worked As Truck Driver, Storeman Forklift Driver at Air Menzies International from April 2016 to April 2019
• Collecting Import Freight/delivering Export freight to and from the Dnata, Menzies and Qantas
• Forklift duties loading/unloading freight
• Warehouse duties including auditing, scanning, delivering out freight to drivers, breaking down containers, units, building units
• Direct delivery of freight to customers
Worked As Truck Driver at WYMAP from November 2015 to April 2016
• Transporting import and export cargo to and from Airport Freight Forwarding sites.
• Operating Roller bed/Curtain trucks and forklift to complete deliveries.

Worked As Security Officer at Security at Toll Dnata from January 2013 to November 2015
When I started driving I still continued Security work on the weekends at Toll.
• I worked almost exclusively in the Security Industry from 1993 until 2016.
• This included working as a Youth Worker at the Melbourne Juvenile Justice Centre for 7 years. As this has no relevance to the job I am applying for, I did not include it in my CV.
