Hi there,

I’m Jubal (jibbs),
My skills and experience come from a vast variety of jobs, iv’e worked in the prisons from NZ, South Africa and Australia obtaining skills in combat and hand to hand training, communicating skills.
I’ve worked as a labourer for a turf irrigation services company gaining skills in trenching, reading plans for new sports grounds, operating and gaining experience with heavy machines, ie…excavators from 1.5t to 20t and bob cats and also gained knowledge and experience in welding.
Worked in the mines for a short time as a labourer and became an excavator and dump truck operator..
I enjoy all sport in general, but most of all just like to hang and spend time with my wife, family and friends at home enjoying quality time.
I believe my strength is my confidence and being able to talk and get along with anybody, im never to quick to judge anybody and i think thats something ive picked up from working in the prisons. treat everyone as equals.

Experience :
Worked As Operations Manager at Fragile Removals and Storage from September 2019 to March 2020
As operations,
i looked after 18-20 removalists, and 18 trucks,
allocating jobs for both local and interstate deliveries and uplifts.
creating jobs in moveware and rostering staff off and on,
allocating staff to certain jobs due to their skills
operating forklifts small to container forks 20′ and 40′ containers,
data entry into storage files etc
driving trucks on a regular basis and helping out on jobs when staff need help. i worked along side the boys as often as i could to be more like a leader than a boss.
interacting and communicating with customers on a daily basis both face to face and over the phone, making sure that jobs are being done efficiently, proactively and satisfactory to the customers needs.
