Professional HR multi drop PUD driver with over 30yrs experience in the logistics field, I enjoy working outdoors and like to be busy. After many years of hard work and long hours, My wife and I have finally re-located to Miami on the beautiful Gold Coast. I would like to find a Delivery Driver role within the local area with a solid company .I would prefer full-time hours or at the least a Permanent part time position. Wanting a life work balance I don’t need overtime or shift/ weekend work so Monday to Friday only please. Early starts preferred. Ideally I’d like to have to travel no more than 30mins to and from my place of employment, however it would of course depend on start time etc. I have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of
logistics and enjoy being self sufficient, but also happy to work in a team environment. My hobbies include playing music and sound engineering.

Worked As HR Multi Drop Delivery Driver at M.G.Barnes Transport from April 2016 to October 2020
H/R Multi Drop Delivery Driver at M.G.Barnes Transport, servicing several large contracts, including Steve’s Liquor Warehouse, CUB, and
Fosters/CUB. These roles required the use of an electric pallet jack & hand unloading liquor.
Along with various LCL work out of wharf on-forwarding agents.

Worked As Senior Fleet Controller at border express from June 2011 to July 2013
Maintaining KPI’s and OH&S in busy Express freight Role. Controlling a fleet in excess of 50 vehicles. Returning to Border Express for a fresh challenge, I was brought in at a time when the distribution and overall performance of the PUD fleet was very poor. This was due to a huge divide between the previous management and drivers. I would like to think that after several discussions regarding mutual respect, this was quickly turned around and become productive once more. I grew to have the respect and working friendship of both company drivers and Sub-contractors alike.

Maintained supply\Demand to approx. 90 Fuel sites (United, BP, Shell) across Melbourne Metro, Vic Country and Griffith NSW. Schedule
Drivers for Linehaul under (BFM) ensure vehicles and Serviced and Maintained in a Safe condition. Continually monitoring driver’s hours\Set runs and implementing changes in-line with KPI’s.
