Experience :
Worked As Production Technician at SHELL PRELUDE from July 2014 to February 2021
on Prelude in the Upstream area which covers the subsea wells up to gas supply to Acid Gas Removal, mostly as outside technician but also covering DCS coverage when required. I was part the Utilities team for the first 2 years in Korea. I was an active member of the Emergency Response Team onboard.

Worked As Production Maintenance Technician at NGUJIMA YIN FPSO from November 2010 to July 2014
(WOODSIDE) – AUSTRALIA (OIL PRODUCING PLATFORMS)
I was employed as a Production Maintenance Technician. Duties involve outside process and utilities operations and Control Room operational duties (Rotational), start-ups, plant shut down and process optimization.

Worked As Senior Start-up Technician at Induced Gas Floatation from January 2008 to June 2010
unit and Oil Treatment/Export plants. Duties involve Train start-ups, training, operating procedures, TQ’s and Operational duties. Rest of project I was Balance of Plant Lead mostly involved with training.
Both outside plant and control room (Rotational).

Worked As PROCESS TECHNICIAN at COOGEE RESOURCES from February 2005 to June 2008
Initially operating gas plant – including well operations, both on and offshore, liquid separation, gas scrubbing, gas compression, daily gas nominations, plant control settings, general chemical regenerations and also plant maintenance. This lead to my roles offshore on FPSO’s responsible for the operation of the process – including subsea well operations, 3 phase separation, turbine gas re-injection, plant control settings, chemical treatments, sampling and testing as well as minor plant maintenance.
Both outside plant and control room duties (Rotational).

Worked As PROCESS TECHNICIAN at BHP BILLITON BOODARIE IRON, PORT HEDLAND, WA from February 2001 to June 2005
As Process Technician I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of process in the Reactor operations, ore driers and feed in to the plant. The process reactors contained high volumes of hydrogen, natural gas, iron ore and various inert gases.

Worked As INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN/ CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR at BP REFINERY, MURRIN MURRIN, KALGOORLIE SMELTER, IC from February 1998 to June 2001
INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN/ CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR.
Construction and commissioning on refinery upgrades, refinery shutdown work and assisting in front line maintenance on the plant during operational stages.
Responsible for supervising installation and loop checking of instrumentation, as well as the loop pack preparation and “As Built” of all the documentation on instrumentation. Assist KNS process engineers with interlock and logic control testing on DCS as well as commissioning of units.
Quote Preparation, sizing of valves and sales of various Instrumentation with Fluid Controls.

COMMISSIONING SPECIALIST/SENIOR COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN.
With “Commissioning Support Services Group” assisting Sasol as commissioning specialist in supervising contractors during stages of construction on Several projects, doing loop checking and commissioning of new Greenfield plants – Sasol Fibres, Alpha-Olefins and Acrilonitrate projects. These projects are all gas and chemical related refineries.
I also assisted in producing electrical and instrumentation drawings on Auto-Cad.
