Hi Mile Here,

It’s simple I’ve been with my current employer for over 15 years, and I have decided to change my lifestyle to a work life balance so that before my kids get too old and don’t want to spend time with me.

I’m happy to work within reasonable hours but want to be able to spend time with the kids too

My long term employment record speaks for itself and so does leaving the Company with over 94 sick days owing to me.
