After high school I started working as a assistant carpenter for 1 year on different job sites then I studied travel & tourism at tafe. After I got my cert started to work in the travel agent office weekdays and after 2 years became the manager there. On the weekends I worked either as a security guard at shopping centers or I worked at restaurants so I have skills and experience in customer service, salesman,waitress, assistant carpenter, security guard and labouring.
I don’t mind working on any truck and manual or auto and if I need to help with labouring then I would help because I like working as a team.
Over time is not a problem with me at all if asked to work over time wouldn’t say no.
Prefer morning shift but take any shift now and available to work from Monday to Sunday and ready to work full time.
I don’t mind traveling any where in Sydney because I have my own transport.
Working limitation -I can not work with alcohol or non halal meat.

Worked As Customer service at Adam International Travel from January 2016 to March 2020
* Responsibilities:
* Manager: I was the main worker at the travel agent and was running it for my dad. I was in charge of making sure all workers were giving 100% effort and also making sure that customer requests were met adequately.
* Reception: answering phone calls, processing payment, helping customers with general questions and information.
* Customer service: Dealt with customers face to face on a daily basis. Provided support to customer when needed, cooperated with customers needs.

In between the travel agency I also worked at these places for short period of times

• Pacific formwork at their job site in new castle (5 months)
• Other construction sites in Sydney (1 year in total of experience)
• Security on weekends at east village shopping center, Coles supermarket and post office warehouse.
• Worked at the dessert and drinks bar in Armani’s restaurant in Parramatta
