Thank you for the opportunity to join and be a productive member of your team. I am a professional with a background in the Defence Force and the NZ Police. I have an extensive history in training and enjoy training anything I can master myself, including Motorcycle training, Firearms training, Defensive tactics training, Leadership training.

• Worked directly with Government to certify Compliance Officers in staff safety and communication.
• Trained, coached and mentored staff to ensure smooth adoption of best practise techniques used when dealing with agressive people.
• Trained, coached and mentored staff to understant the importance of professionalism and understanding their own mindset under stress.
• Developed and rolled out new Client Interation Defensive Tactics Programme and refresher training for all Authorised Officers.
