I obtained for first truck license at age 19 (MR), obtained unrestricted HC license in 2001 age 21.
I have driven trucks in every job I have had as I was usually the only person on site with a truck license, or the only other person onsite with a HC license like at McCormack Industries where I drove a Kenworth with a low loader. I was holiday relief driver and did adhoc pickup and deliveries .
I have experience with ropes, straps and chains, I have moved shipping containers on a tilt tray. I have driven single drive truck with pig trailer with overall length of 19m’s.
I have towed 45 foot tautliners, fridge vans, low loader, flat decks. I did general express freight doing interstate, meat deliveries to North Rivers Woolworths, delivery groceries for Action supermarkets, Bulk industrial gas tanker through out southern queensland and northern NSW. I have delivered sensitive freshly painted components at Rocklea Abrasive Blasting.

Reason for leaving: I was asked to become leading hand, then the role increased to supervisor over the assembly area managing 5 other people while still fulltime on the tools. After 7 months I still did not have a role description for the growing job title of supervisor and increase in remuneration was never discussed.

Drive HR flatbed truck pick up and deliver freshly painted or blasted customers parts.

Driving a MR tilt tray with pig trailer (19 metre overall length) delivering vehicles, machinery, containers, steel and oversized items. Deliveries throughout South East Queensland, Northern NSW and overnight trips as required by customers. No crash work invovled

Reason for leaving: needed an extended period of personal leave due to personal circumstances

working on a full time casual basis driving a MR crane truck with pig trailer (19 metre overall length) delivering Vinidex plastic product to various customers around south east Queensland and overnight run to Roma every week.

Reason for leaving: Job advertised and I was employed as HC driver but job role did not include any HC driving.
