Hi i am Steven Perana
I have been in and around under and over trucks as far back as i can remember. My earliest memory was riding with dad in J5 Bedford rigid delivering builders mix to a house site.
I have always loved trucks always been fascinated with them and couldn’t wait to get my hands on the steering wheel. I started driving when i was 17 i am now 54 and of cause with that comes a wealth of passionate experience.
The highlights of my career have ranged from getting my heavy truck and trailer licence, to the different trucks and trailer configurations developed over the years, to moving here in Perth from New Zealand 11 years ago to featuring in the Driver Profile section of the Feb 2014 Australian Trucking Magazine and briefly in the Oct issue. Until the 08.05.16 I was still living the dream running up and down the north west coast highway unfortunately for me the company has now shut down and i have been made redundant.
