Started off driving dump trucks and in the near future would like to drive b – doubles. Love working outdoors, meeting new customers and friends in the workforce. I’m not shy to do overtime, if the job needs to get done I’ll get it done. Would prefer morning starts and happy to work weekends. Interests would be working on cars, boxing, gym, nrl, ufc and just getting out and about.

Worked As Truck Driver/Delivery at Toll/Schweppes/Asahi from December 2017 to February 2019
• Multi drop delivery driver, driving one of the company trucks which is a UD HR dual axle 14 pallet truck. Delivering Schweppes products to pubs, clubs, warehouses, houses, restaurants, shops, kfc etc where some drops I had to navigate through small and tight surroundings and deliver anywhere from Mt tambourine, South Brisbane, City, North Brisbane, sunshine coast, Dalby, Toowoomba, Oakey, Chinchilla etc. As 1 of 5 F/T employees we could have anywhere from 15 to 35+ drops and up to 650+ cases to deliver. Liaising with customers and always had great relationships with my regulars and good first impressions with new customers. Cash handling, paperwork ( invoices) then went on to using e-pods. Helping out fellow workmates when they were struggling with their run, where we would meet up and work out what jobs I could take due to time windows to get the job done.

Worked As Carpenters Trade Assistant/Labourer at South East QLD Carpentry/Rybuild from February 2014 to April 2014
Cladding, framing, tie downs, fix outs. Don’t have too much experience in the trade as I was with these guys for about a month on and off just to get some experience. Was getting a bit too much with my fulltime night job. I would work my shift 9pm to 6am then would go straight after to work with the chippies. would love to get this trade under my belt and have good references from these guys. Scott (South East Qld Carpentry) Ryan (Rybuild) who is currently overseas) Would like to find a Host employer who deals with all aspects of carpentry and a few other trades such as concreting, plastering etc. Have a Ute, tool belt, white card and basic tools.

Dump truck driver
Jan 2013 – current Bungendore sands, bungendore.
Operating a brand new Volvo A40F (70 ton) articulated dump truck, moving red, grey sands and also moving clay and top soil. Maintaining the truck such as regular checks on all hoses, belts, pulleys etc. Refilling the grease, checking oil, hydraulic oil etc. laboring at the plant for maintenance such as replacing screens, water pumps etc. washing down the plant everyday. Have also operated a Volvo ec360 (40 ton) a, b, c, d excavator.

I have also had odd jobs such as a brickies laborer, which I had to labour by myself for three bricklayers, which you would know I had no time to even scratch my nose and also worked in a gang of labourers in big projects and also have been a tile labourer for my older brother and landscaping. I do have my HR non-syncro (open) license but have limited experience on the road ranger box as the current dumper is auto, but I’m sure it wouldn’t take much for me to get the groove back.

I do have my HR non-syncro (open) license and got it in a Kenworth T604 18sp Truck but have limited experience on the road ranger box as the trucks I was driving after obtaining my license were either a 6sp manual or auto. Have the knowledge in my head, just need to put it to practice and I’m confident in driving abilities.
