Worked As Class 4 Rear Loader/Side Loader Truck Driver at Waste Management Limited from September 2020 to December 2020

My roles (for a month) include doing truck pre-checks in the mornings before driving out and assisting our runners pick up and load inorganic waste and recyclable items from residents throughout the Auckland region.
For about a further two months, I drove a side loader truck picking up and emptying private customers’ general/green waste wheelie bins using the trucks mechanical arm. When the rear loader/side loader trucks are full or when the collections are completed for the day, I tip off the trucks at the Landfill before heading back to base where post-checks are done on the truck before clocking out.

Worked As Class 2 Rear Loader Truck Driver at Greenfingers Garden Bag Company Limited from May 2018 to February 2019
My roles include doing truck pre-checks in the mornings before heading out to pick up garden waste in garden bags and bins from customers’ properties throughout the Auckland region and emptying them into the truck’s rear loader before compacting them in. Once the collections are completed for the day, the truck gets offloaded at the Company’s tip site and post-checks are done on the truck before clocking out.
