After nearly 12 years driving large passenger busses about the Adelaide Metro Hills zone full time I resigned in August 2020 due to shift work changes.I wish to continue working primarily daytime hours either full or part time based not too far from my home at Strathalbyn. I hold the following licences – HC, LP and passenger transport driver accreditation, LL Front End Loader, LF Forklift with reach truck experience and SL Elevated Work Platform. I also have a Certificate 4 for Workplace Training and Assessment and often trained and assessed new employees.
Prior to bus driving I worked as a despatch coordinator for Coles Liquor SA/NT and as a BP tanker fleet despatcher. I have worked as a Brewery factory foreperson, workplace trainer, despatcher, pallet equipment controller and am an experienced forklift driver with liquid loading experience.
I’m 62 years of age, fit, in good health and medication free with a full set of driving points.

Worked As Fleet Controller at Fleet Despatcher, BP Dermody Petroleum, Largs Nort from February 2008 to May 2008
I took phone and email bookings for fuel deliveries throughout SA for both retail and commercial BP and BP Dermody customers. Throughout the day I planned and mass managed trips and allocated a fleet of tankers incorporating both BP Dermody and subcontractor equipment.

I was directly responsible for the Liquor despatch function for SA and NT. Using Microsoft software I assisted with pick planning and prepared daily delivery schedules and monitored deliveries. Other duties included CHEP/LOSCAM transfers and reconciliation, KPI collation, transport accounts, and receiving bookings. Truck loading/unloading using forklifts was a routine part of the job.
