Worked As Process Technician Gibson Island at INCITEC PIVOT (GIBSON ISLAND) from September 2021 to January 2023

ASX listed Incitec Pivot Ltd are a global manufacturer of commercial explosives and fertilisers, manufacturing
nitrogen-based fertilisers at its Gibson Island (GI) site, declared a Major Hazard Facility, employing circa 500
staff. The plant encompasses four plant areas producing 880 tonne/ day of Urea, 920 tonne/ day Sulphate of Ammonia, 600 tonne/ day AdBlue, 140 tonne per day liquid CO2, 880 tonne/ day of liquid Ammonia with a net
daily value of $2M profit /day.

Key Achievements:
● Played a key role in operationalising increased AdBlue production during National shortage, identified
under-used storage capability, allowing production to meet demand. Worked around the clock to maintain, manage and load-out from the facility. Coordinated Load-Out plans, ensured supply met
demand, liaising with internal stakeholders to provide conduit during intense period
● Successfully completed the required training and assessments autonomously to become certified as an
Operator on site within a short period of time
● Decommissioned plant equipment and infrastructure, providing safe working environment for subsequent disassembly

excavators, loaders, and hoppers. Stockpiled material as well as dumping on conveyor belts.
● ROLLER OPERATOR on a civil project doing an extension on an airport runway, operating a custom
made 27-ton multi wheel roller as well as pad foots and smooth drums.

Worked As Moxy Operator/Offsider at CPB (WESTCONNEX) TUNNEL ST PETERS SITE from February 2017 to January 2018

Worked As Moxy Operator at Black Oak Minerals from January 2014 to January 2015
Operated (40-ton CAT 740) both rear tip and ejector tip, working on a small gold mine operation. The mine was
old and had just been re-opened the working area was tight and open cut, operate in all conditions, stockpiling
mostly run loads out when required. Loaded by 45-ton excavator in a fast-paced operation with hot seating
breaks.
