Employment Opportunity – Yard Hand/Delivery Driver
What are we looking for ?
We are seeking a reliable Yard Hand/Delivery Driver who is focused on safety, self-motivated, able to prioritise and focused on delivering great customer service. You will possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude. The successful applicant must be available to work every second Saturday.
Qualifications and skills:
– ?Driver’s license (minimum MR) and other relevant tickets/certificates to operate forklift and loader.
– White Card (Construction Industry Card)
– Experience operating Tip Trucks
– ?Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team.
– ?Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: –
– ?Able to operate various types of plant safely and confidently – specifically loader and forklift
– ?Loading/unloading customer vehicles.
– Completing deliveries around the Gympie region in a Tip Truck
– General Labouring
– ?Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
– Basic maintenance duties
– Basic administration duties including answering telephones and processing sales
Ability to start immediately would be highly advantageous
