Job Summary:

We are a family owner operated business based in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane. We have contracts delivering for some of the biggest furniture & bedding retailers in Brisbane ,operating 6 days/week

About the role

• We are seeking a new driver to join our team, willing to work on a 6 day calendar.
• The applicant must have a MR licence as a minimum, with previous furniture delivery experience a must.
• This is a customer service role, which happens to involve driving a truck.
• If you are a customer service professional, with truck driving experience then this is for you!
• The successful applicant will be working between 3-6 days(approximately 30-50 per week, depending on performance).
• Experience in furniture assemblies will also be highly regarded but not essential.
• Must be well presented, fit and hard working.

Skills and experience

• Must have previous furniture delivery experience
• Have a medium rigid truck licence as a minimum, customer service experience
• Be physically fit and healthy and outgoing personality.

Experience:

• Driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• truck driving: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend

Licence/Certification:

• Australian driver’s licence (Preferred)
• Australian manual transmission mr truck driver’s licence (Preferred)
