Gometra Transport is a family owned transport company. We provide a quality range of services including interstate and local transportation.
We are currently seeking an experienced MC Driver for BDouble linehaul to Mt Gambier.
* MC Drivers must have at least two years experience *
Requirements:
Current MC licence
Current licence history report
MSIC card is preferred but not essential
Clean and tidy presentation
Will have a mature, positive and proactive attitude to get things done
Team player with good communication skills
Will have a good eye for detail
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Will have an understanding of Work Health & Safety, Chain of Responsibility & Fatigue Management
Responsibilities:
Safely transporting freight to and from required destinations
Safely moving vehicles & trailers around the depot
Perform a pre-trip inspection on prime mover & trailers
Ability to apply correct load restraint to freight
Complete all necessary compliance paperwork
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $1,400.00 to $1,600.00 /week
