We currently have a position available now and also one in 4 weeks time due to more new trucks coming on board.
We would like to advertise for a driver who is looking for long term work, with solid work volume and can operate a B Double combination competently.
This is for someone who will appreciate the opportunity and take the bull by the horns.
You can be based in any capital city on the east,as we have loading in all of these states.
Ideals for the role are:
- Manual/Road Ranger experience. Have the option of a euro if interested.
- Ability to operate a Truck and B Double both in forward and reverse. (not a joke)
- Understanding the fundamentals of NHVAS requirements as we operate under Mass, Maintenance and BFM
- BFM accredited or willing to obtain.
- Undergo company inductions including drug and alcohol screening with a pre employment medical
- Flexibility with the work requirements. This job will not have you home every second day. We work to have you home on the weekends if you need to, alternatively there is plenty of work to keep you working should you wish to.
- NOT EXPRESS freight, it’s majority all day time loading working.
- Understand loading requirements and axle weights.
- Good load restraint practices and understanding.
- Willingness to learn, have patience and be able to load different Freight profiles.
