We are continuing to grow our company, with that, we require more staff to join our team for continuous work throughout the Pilbara.
MDH is one of WA’s leading civil haulage contractors, with no shortage of work you’ll be in secure all year round employment.
If you’re an experienced MC Operator with a good work ethic and able to work in a team, then we have a position for you!!
Remuneration packages starting from $50.00 per hour. All new starters begin on 3 month casual before moving to Full time contracts. Incentive bonuses in place for loyal people.
No Nightshift
No Rolling Rosters
Meals & Camp accommodation supplied
Fly in and out Tuesdays
All Civil onsite works averaging 11.5hrs per shift.

What we require :
• Current MC Licence
• Road Ranger Experience
• Current Commercial Drivers Medical
• Online Fatigue Certificate
• Sidetipper experience preferred but not essential
Trucks are strictly non smoking environments, so if this doesn’t suit please don’t apply. We take pride in the up keep of our equipment, so being able to keep a truck clean and maintained is essential.
If you do not have the experience in a road train, but willing to learn, but not expecting the same remuneration at the beginning as an experienced operator, then please get in touch. We are more than happy to spend the time and train somebody that wants to learn.
