Spencer Transport is looking for experienced MC drivers to perform day time, interstate runs in one of their modern Kenworth fleet. We have a 1 truck & trailers / 1 driver policy.
DUE TO PLENTY OF TIMEWASTERS, WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR DRIVERS
Honestly guys (or gals) If your genuinley looking for a better work / lifestyle balance, with a great company, driving awesome machinery, and NO PRESSURE to get from A to B, then this would be ideal for you.
We have filled this position 6 times already, but drivers have either NOT turned up, or changed their minds. It’s very frustrating for us.

Due to a growth in our business, Spencer Transport is currently looking for experienced MC drivers, with Road Ranger experience, to perform Interstate runs, driving a modern Kenworth with their B-Double set of tautliners.

The work is mainly within the timber industry and is always interesting and varied. Certainly NEVER strenuous.
We also do palletised freight from depot to depot.
So if your sick of the same old Melbourne to Sydney run, every day, day in and day out, (or should I say All night, every night) then this will be an extremely refreshing experience for you.
Driving, mainly out of Colac, Victoria, our drivers will run up to The Snowy Mountains, Western NSW, Adelaide, Regional South Australia, regional Victoria and also Melbourne and occasionally Sydney and Brisbane.
NO OVERNIGHT EXPRESS WORK.
This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, but some weekend work may be required from time to time.
This family run company works hard to make sure everyone is home for the weekend, to spend time with their family.
All of the trucks are modern Kenworth’s (200 series, 609’s and 610’s), with awesome living conditions inside, to help your time away from home to be as comfortable as possible.
So if your sick and tired of pounding up and down the same highway every day, or want to get away from overnight express runs, then THIS is the job for you.
- Our trucks are extremely well maintained, and are renewed regularly with BRAND NEW Kenworth’s. We do not buy second hand trucks as replacements.
- Good money can be earned for the right person, and pays are paid into your bank account weekly.
- Overnight allowances, as well as loading/unloading allowances, are paid.
- Oh, and if your over 50, we encourage you to apply as well.
- All loads are fork on and fork off. We do not have manual loading or unloading.

We always strive to ensure each place is B Double compatible, with only 1 pick up or delivery. So no splitting of trailers most times. Unfortunately though, on rare occasions, it is unavoidable.
