Black Bear Logging Pty Ltd are looking to employ a full time day shift or nightshift MC truck driver based in the Bathurst/Oberon area for an immediate start .
Duties will include transporting timber from our Oberon harvesting operation to Visy in Tumut.
This is a Full time position driving our fleet of late model Mack Superliners with folding Tri-Tri B double Kennedy Trailers.
Competitive wages ($40/hour flat rate)
Work 4-5 days a week. 12 hour days
Experience working in the timber industry is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant must –
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work in changing environments.
- Have demonstrated experience in the log haulage industry.
- Implement our certified safety, quality and environmental practices
- Be physically fit with the ability to pass a medical test.
- Pass pre employment drug and alcohol testing along with regular random testing.
- Take pride in maintaining their truck to our company standards.
Qualifications:
- Multi Combination (MC) drivers license
- BFM
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience truck driving
- Experience working in forestry plantations (desirable)
