Their team works closely with major supermarkets, growers, and distributors to ensure the safe and timely delivery of fresh produce to customers nationwide. They are currently seeking an experienced Night Shift Transport Scheduler to join a growing team located at the Melbourne Market Precinct in Epping. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating logistics and ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of temperature-sensitive produce across Victoria. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and who has strong scheduling, transport coordination, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: – Schedule deliveries to major supermarket DCs and independent retailers – Coordinate driver rosters and allocate jobs – Manage fleet scheduling and basic maintenance tracking via ERoad – Handle night shift transport queries and support drivers – Comfortable leading small teams and handling high-pressure situations – Strong computer literacy (Transport Management Systems, Excel, ERoad) – Forklift License (required) – HC License (preferred, but not essential) – Familiarity with cold chain logistics and CoR (training provided) Additional Requirements: – Proof of Right to Work in Australia (e.g., Australian Birth Certificate, Passport, or Permanent Residency Visa) – Successful applicants will be required to complete a Federal Police Check and Medical Test – Completion of Programmed Induction Documents is required prior to client interview
