Repossess assets for financial institutions through collections & negotiations, requiring strong communication & problem-solving skills.

Allnorth QLD Service is currently looking for repossession agents to join its growing team in the Rockhampton region.

This is a contractual position with successful applicant moving to a full time position.

A repossession agents duties will include the following –

– Recovering assets for financial institutions which may include motor vehicles, boats, motorbike and heavy machinery.

– Organising the towing contractor for the repossessed vehicle.

– Communicating with customers for collections purposes through outbound calls, and SMS if required.

– Obtaining payment for the banks to stop repossession activities.

– Negotiating and collecting past-due amounts.

If you have these abilities, you’re on your way to becoming a great repo agent:

– A current Australian driver’s license

– Great communication skills

– Research skills

– Calm personality type

– Quick problem-solving skills

– Adaptability

– Knowledge of cars is desirable.

Please note that this role covers areas from Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald and Biloela with the main location Rockhampton.
