Storeperson/Delivery Driver/Forklift Operator ( Seafood Warehouse )

Job Summary:

Seafood Warehouse is currently looking for an experienced store person/ delivery driver with minimum of a MR truck licence and forklift licence.

To apply for this position you must be self motivated, with a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We require people to be energetic, friendly and punctual in the way they conduct themselves in the workplace. You must be able to take instruction and complete assigned tasks swiftly and with a level of pride in your work.

Skills and requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Flexible
• Fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Willing to work in a freezer and chiller environment (-19 degrees)
• Experience with MS Excel/Outlook and general computer knowledge.
• Forklift Licence – Reach truck experience
• MR Truck Licence

Experience in the seafood and/or distribution industry would be advantageous but you may come from another industry with a skill set that you could apply to this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• Rotate floor stock
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
• Receive/process shipments
