Hanson is seeking enthusiastic and professional HC or MC Drivers to join our Lysterfield fleet of Tipper trucks. Based at Lysterfield Transport depot, you will have regular early starts and report to the Transport Supervisor. You will have responsibility for delivering quarry material to our internal metro concrete plants and to external job sites.

Key Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound.
- Operating the designated vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of the product to and from the designated site.
- Carrying out daily cleaning of the truck.
- Having a sufficient working knowledge of the product and to comply with the relevant delivery standards.
- Passing on customer concerns to Central Despatch or Company Sales Representatives
- Maintenance tasks including yard duties.
In order to be successful you will have:
- A valid HC or MC license.
- Current copy of driving history.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Minimum 12 months commercial HR truck driving experience.
You will also:
- Be able to operate with and support Zero Harm.
- Be aware and alert of hazards and report any unsafe situations.
- Be able to work with a flexible roster.
- Be willing to work regular overtime including Saturdays.
- Have an approachable and friendly disposition.
- Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and resolve issues where applicable.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Have a professional work ethic.
- Be physically able to perform all tasks associated with the position.

- Construction Card (White Card).
All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening. Random drug and alcohol tests are conducted on all Hanson premises.
