The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Delivery Storeperson to play an integral part in daily operations. This is a dual-function role where no two days are the same – combining warehouse duties such as stock handling and dispatch, with local customer deliveries across the Sydney metro area.
You'll be someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, variety in your day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with a small, supportive team and be trusted to operate independently while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Forklift operation (standard and high reach preferred)
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Driving and delivering goods using a company vehicle
• General warehouse duties including stock control and cleanliness
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment, utilising personal protective equipment and safe work practices to promote the safety of self and teammates
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
You will have:
• A current MR manual driver’s licence (essential)
• A valid forklift licence with experience operating standard and high reach forklifts (preferred)
• Prior experience in a warehouse and/or delivery role
• Strong attention to detail and physical capability
• Good organisational skills to manage tasks, prioritise workloads, and keep operations running smoothly
• A team-oriented attitude and a safety-first approach
