We are a building & timber supplies based in Richmond servicing the trade & public. We are seeking an enthusiastic Yardman / Driver who is motivated and reliable to join our team.
The position will involve but not limited to:
- Assisting both trade and public customers
- Preparing goods for orders & deliveries
- Restocking the sales showroom and yard
- Loading & unloading,picking orders and general yard duties
- The operation of a forklift and other vehicles as required
- Deliveries when required
- Other duties as requested by management
The applicant must be available to work 7:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday and Saturday mornings when required
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- Good Communication skill
- Sound written & literacy skills
- A safe clean driving record
- Ability to load and restrain load on the vehicle
- Good customer service and communication skills
Essential skills required:
- Min 2 years experience building & timber supplies
- Current drivers licence
- Current forklift licence
- Current OHS white card
Preferred but not essential MR Licence
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
