I would like to gain employment as a truck driver on passing my license in a HR road ranger, I went and completed 4points of contact and new driver training. I am driven to succeed in any role and don’t shy away from hard work. When i finally gain employment I will have full availability days, nights , afternoons and weekends.
I let my forklift license lapse but am going to do it later in January.
After working in health care for over 10years Im looking for a change and have always wanted to get my MC licence, in the next 12 mths I hope that I can do this. It would be good to have some driving experience first.

Worked As assistant at Childcare
I undertook a range of duties including working in various rooms within the childcare centre, engaging with children ranging from infants to preschool age. I was able to effectively facilitate activities to engage children and aide their learning, as well as assisting them to complete activities of daily living (including feeding, changing, toileting). This role required strong communication skills, highly developed organisational skills and an ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.

Worked As Assistant in Nursing (AIN) at Drake Medox
I provided a high level of patient care in the client’s home, including overnight observations and medication management. I was responsible for assisting the client with all personal care and grooming needs, as well as managing client’s positioning. I was able to build a positive relationship with both the client and the family, necessitating strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. I demonstrated an ability to maintain accurate records and to provide high standard hand over reports for other staff. This role also required me to complete duties with a high level of responcibility and autonomy including cannula changes and maintaining life supporting ventilation systems.

In this role I care for a lady in her home. This role includes ADLs, Peg feeds, Medication, wound management and repositioning as required. I was able to build a positive relationship with the client and her family and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

AIN: I provided high standards of nursing care in an aged care facility, including maintaining high levels of verbal communication with clients and staff alike. I gained experience completing a variety of administrative functions including data entry tasks and word processing, and was able to build and maintain positive working relationships. Through this role I gained experience working with dementia specific patients, which necessitated strong conflict resolution skills and empathetic communication abilities.

I provided a high level of administrative support including answering phone enquiries, scheduling meetings/appointments, assisting with procuring resources required by the teaching staff, word processing and assisting with day to day organisational office tasks (faxing, filing, photocopying, mail sorting).

Worked As Retail assistant at Retail (Myer and Adult Store)
I performed all aspects of retail, including operating point of sales equipment, cash handling, stock control and stock taking. Most importantly during these roles I was able to provide exception levels of customer service and gained experience with add-on sales. I demonstrated an ability to work efficiently as a member of a team, and also to work successfully in an autonomous capacity.

Worked As Administration Assistant/ Warehouse Attendant at Bae Systems Defence Logistics from March 2006 to January 2010
I provided high level administration and reception support including managing inbound calls and completing word processing tasks to assist staff and management. I gained experience with payroll, receipting of accounts and resource management including ordering supplies. My attention to detail, strong communication skills and exceptional phone manner allowed me to be successful within this role.
